Hurry! I need someone who knows a lot about the history of the Coliseum in Rome?
Someone! While Please, I need to know about the rare events that took place in the Coliseum. I'm doing a report on the Colosseum in Rome, and my teacher said that on one occasion, the Coliseum was filled with water and the boats were put in it? Is this true? and if so, how have they done? are not open arcades? So how could they hold water?
Yes, it's true. But hey, they did not fill the Coliseum at all the roof with water! The Coliseum has set a floor below the seating area.
