More works by Yan Peiming oil painting huge portraits are painted in black and white, you were shocked and scared at first sight. These characters faces were painted wildly and randomly, as if they were mummies, if they are rubber or leather masks that were expanded and deformed S & M, they have seemed strange and bizarre, ironic, dark, angry, fearful, full of strength and sadly.
Yan Pei Ming specializes in the creation of huge oil paintings size, he wished to create tables in two colors, Most of his works are oil painting portraits. His oil painting works have participated in the Venice Biennale and other major international art exhibition.
In the evening of February 11, 2009, Yan Peiming organized an art exhibition on the theme "Funeral Mona Lisa" at the Louvre, France. In this exhibition, with tones Yan Peiming gray, with projection similarly, celebrated the funeral of Mona Lisa. He has extensive background mystic Mona Lisa lived, scattered many heads of skull. On both sides of the Mona Lisa is self-portrait of Yan Peiming, the side to face his father is blighted Aging, who witnesses the death of his son.

During June 19 to October 11, 2009, Yan Pei Ming launched its exposure to individual art theme with "The landscape of childhood" in Lawrence Centre for Contemporary Art in Beijing with 34 paintings of children portraits enormous size, he explained his understanding of poverty, hunger, inequality and war.
